All bots, one inbox

Private and group chats in one list. Filter by bot, and see unread and needs-human chats at a glance. Works on your phone too.

AI answers first, you step in when needed

Put common answers in the knowledge base and AI replies with Cloudflare Workers AI — no API key to fill in. Hand-off keywords or an unsure AI pass the chat to a person. Every member has a monthly cap, so costs never run away.

Reply from your staff groupSoon

When a person is needed, the bot pings your Telegram staff group, and a colleague simply replies to that alert to answer the customer. No need to keep the console open.

Broadcast to people who reached out

Pick an audience (everyone, active in the last 7 days, or hand-picked), add a photo and link buttons, schedule it and watch progress. Only people who messaged your bot receive it, as Telegram's rules require.

Questions

Can I use it now?

This site runs Telaflare for invited teams: if an admin has invited you, log in by scanning the QR code with Telegram. Self-hosting in your own Cloudflare account opens with the public release.

Does it have to be Cloudflare?

Yes. The whole project is built for Workers + D1, which is why it needs no servers.

Where are my messages stored?

In the D1 database of the Cloudflare account it runs in, kept for as many days as you choose.

Which AI does it use?

Llama models on Cloudflare Workers AI, running in the same Cloudflare account. No OpenAI or Anthropic key needed.

How is it different from SendPulse or Manychat?

They are hosted services with monthly fees. Telaflare is your own deployment: no monthly fee and no contact limits.

Are Pro and Team subscriptions?

No, you pay once. The Community edition is free forever.

Can I broadcast to anyone?

No. Only to people who have talked to your bot — that's Telegram's rule.
